Hope and Action:  An Economy for All is being developed in consultation with a wide array of people from the community, and from civic and faith based organizations. Organizations we are collaborating with include:

• The Brunswick Area Interfaith Council (BAIC)

• Curtis Memorial Library, Brunswick, ME

• The Social Justice and Peace Commission, St Charles Borromeo Church/All Saints Parish

Many people are serving in an advisory role, and others are part of a planning group.  If you or your organization would like to get involved, please contact us at hopeactioneconomy@gmail.com

This initiative is being directed by Mary M. O’Brien, a civic engagement organizer who initiates and leads values based civic spaces to raise awareness of needs, highlight positive movements, and promote meaningful action.  She draws on over three decades of experience in coordinating community programs, organizing service projects, and managing technical assistance projects to improve public social service systems.
